MBBS — Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery — is a 5.5-year undergraduate programme (4.5 years coursework + 1-year internship) that qualifies graduates to practise medicine in India. Seats are allotted through NEET UG — both the all-India and state-quota counselling rounds. Telangana and AP students can compete in both AIQ and state-domicile rounds.
